As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to create chaos in the whole world, we are writing to share our continued commitment to you, our customers, and print partners from all over the globe. The safety of our customers, community, and employees is our primary concern.

Over the past few days, we have received a growing number of questions about the availability of our global print network, the exposure of our supply chain to the Corona Virus, and which continuity plans we offer to our customers.

AsCloudprinter.com we have always been committed to local printing, as part of our goal to reduce carbon emissions in the printing industry to 0. As a consequence of the key component of our “print local strategy”, we have been working with our print partners over the past few days to limit their supply chain to as local as possible.

The majority of our Global Print Network continues to operate and ship incoming print orders. As of today, we have updates for America, Europe, and Asia:

Asia

For Asia, the lockdown has been partially lifted. We are able to process orders for Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand.

India:

Parts of India are still under lockdown, however, we were able to onboard new printers who are in the green zone. So currently we are working on getting the backlog orders processed & delivered and new orders are being processed as well.

Europe

In Europe, lockdowns are slowly being lifted and deliveries are done without any delays.

France:

Although there is a lockdown affecting most of our print partners in France, we are still able to print & ship orders to end-consumers (home delivery) via DHL.

Italy:

Although there is a lockdown affecting most of our print partners in Italy, we are still able to print & ship orders to end-consumers (home delivery) via DHL.

Spain:

Most print partners in Spain operate with a reduced labor capacity, this might result in a delay of a maximum of one working day before orders are shipped out.

Ukraine:

Currently, we are not able to process new incoming orders due to a full lockdown of the country, this includes all of our integrated production facilities.

America

North and South America:

All of our print partners are either operating as normal or have been granted a license to keep on operating.

For our employees across our global offices, we’ve asked them to curtail non-essential travel for the time being. We are constantly monitoring the situation with all planned events, parties, meet-ups, and conferences such as Drupa, Fespa, and others. On the other hand, we will conduct as many online meetings as possible.

We wish you continued good health and thank you for placing your trust in us. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.
