Sales Manager - E-commerce Solutions

About the Role

Are you an expert at helping e-commerce brands grow? Cloudprinter is looking for a Sales Manager - E-commerce to help online retailers, marketplaces, and global brands automate their print fulfillment through our API and app integrations. 

In this role, you will focus on the booming e-commerce sector, showing brands how to eliminate inventory headaches and ship locally in 100+ countries

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Business Development: Identify and close deals with fast-growing e-commerce brands and platforms.
• Platform Expertise: Educate clients on how Cloudprinter integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built stores.
• Consultative Selling: Help merchants optimize their global shipping costs and carbon footprint by using our "print local" network.
• Demo & Onboard: Lead product demonstrations and guide new merchants through their first API integration or app setup.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with e-commerce agencies and consultants to build a referral pipeline
• CRM Management: Maintain a clean pipeline and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting the e-commerce or retail technology sector.
• Technical Knowledge: You understand how e-commerce platforms work (APIs, webhooks, and plugins).
• Network: An existing network of e-commerce brand owners or agencies is a huge plus.
• Drive: You are a "hunter" who enjoys opening doors and closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
• Communication: Ability to turn technical logistics into a clear value proposition for business owners
