We’re now seeking a Product Manager for the Cloudprinter Platform — a strategic, tech-savvy individual who can bridge business needs, partner requirements, and technical execution to enhance our global print infrastructure.
Role Overview:
As the Product Manager, you’ll own the development roadmap of the Cloudprinter internal platform and integration solutions.
You will act as the link between internal stakeholders (Operations, Account Management, Partner Management, and Sales) and the Tech team — translating ideas, challenges, and opportunities into clear, deliverable product scopes.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring the platform evolves in line with business objectives, user needs, and scalable architecture.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll define product requirements, prioritize development, and ensure timely delivery through effective collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for the Cloudprinter platform and integration tools;
- Translate business requirements and operational challenges into detailed product specifications and user stories;
- Work closely with engineering and stakeholders to define, scope, and prioritize development task;
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and internal business stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment;
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal users, clients, and partners to continuously refine product priorities;
- Define success metrics for new features and ensure that delivered solutions meet both functional and quality standards;
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions;
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders;
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and scalability;
- Support documentation, release communication, and internal training for new product features.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience in a SaaS, API, or platform-driven company;
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum or similar);
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical deliverables;
- Excellent communication skills: able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills;
- Experience managing product roadmaps and working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across time zones.
Desirable (Strong Plus):
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or print-on-demand environments;
- Familiarity with API integrations, automation, and data-driven workflows;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or similar;
- Technical background or familiarity with system architecture concepts.
