As we expand and refine our Global Print Network, we’re looking for a Print Partner Manager to strengthen our Fulfilment team and drive operational excellence across our partner ecosystem.
Role Overview:
As the Print Partner Manager, you’ll be the primary contact and relationship owner for our global print partners. You’ll manage partner acquisition, performance, and development, ensuring that every print partner operates efficiently, meets our standards, and supports our customers’ success.
The role combines relationship management, operational coordination, and strategic sourcing. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Integrations, Operations, and Account Management) to ensure new partners are onboarded effectively, quality is consistent, and production capabilities match business needs.
What you'll do:
- Lead acquisition of new print partners: identify opportunities, assess capabilities, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding;
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews, ensuring adherence to SLAs, print quality standards, and fulfilment reliability;
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, sharing insights that improve collaboration, product offerings, and operational efficiency;
- Coordinate internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations, Integrations) to support partner onboarding and ongoing success;
- Monitor operational metrics such as quality, lead times, pricing, and service consistency;
- Proactively identify performance gaps, resolve issues, and implement process improvements;
- Maintain detailed documentation of partner profiles, workflows, and integrations;
- Support enterprise and e-commerce growth by matching print capabilities to client demand;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our global print network processes and partner experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or operations within e-commerce, fulfilment, or SaaS environments;
- Proven success in managing B2B relationships, performance metrics, and SLA compliance;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple partner relationships across time zones;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, international environment;
Desirable (Strong Plus):
- Experience in the print industry or print-on-demand production;
- Understanding of print workflows, APIs, and integration-based fulfilment;
- Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
