About the Role

Cloudprinter.com is looking for a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented Global Backoffice Operations & Procurement Manager to support our international Print Fulfilment Centers across the US, Ukraine, Spain, and future global locations. 

This role is part of a centralized operational function responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory, workforce planning support, and operational administration across multiple countries and time zones.

You will work closely with production, finance, HR/payroll partners, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations while helping transition towards a highly centralized and automated operational model.

The candidate must be based at one of Cloudprinter’s physical locations in the Netherlands, United States, Ukraine, or Spain and work from an office or production site.

 

Responsibilities. Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Manage purchasing of production and operational materials (paper, packaging, consumables, spare parts, office supplies) 
  • Monitor stock levels across locations and ensure timely replenishment for all production sites (US, UA, ES, NL, and future labs) 
  • Communicate with suppliers: request quotations, compare options, negotiate terms, and place orders
  • Track orders from request to delivery and resolve supply or logistics issues 
  • Maintain supplier databases, purchasing records, and cost tracking in internal systems 
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier relationships, pricing, and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes

 

Backoffice Operations Support

  • Support centralized workforce planning and shift coordination across locations 
  • Track, consolidate, and verify employee working hours across multiple countries 
  • Coordinate with payroll providers, accountants, and operational teams to ensure
    accurate reporting
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of operational data across regions
  • Support implementation and optimization of internal systems and automation tools
  • Assist in operational setup and scaling of new Print Fulfillment Centers globally

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or back-office management roles 
  • Experience working with suppliers and purchasing processes 
  • Strong understanding and practical use of AI tools, automation platforms, and modern digital workflows 
  • Ability to help build scalable procurement and back-office processes using AI-supported systems and automation
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, especially in forecasting material needs and improving operational efficiency 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and time zones
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English and Ukrainian language skills required
  • Spanish is a strong advantage
