The Dutch product IT company is an online platform that connects customers and printing houses around the world through one fast integration.

Looking for a Recruiter with the required knowledge of English for our regular partners

People all over the world use PastBook to turn their photos into high-quality, printed, and personalized photo books (and more). All this works in the shortest possible time - it became possible thanks to the latest technologies. We are a fast-growing B2C company that serves the global market, prints on 4 continents, and supplies more than 150 countries.

Big things are on the way, for example, the introduction of new photo products will change the way we interact with our customers. We will continue to innovate in the field of photo printing, develop our business, and increase our team and market share. For this reason, PastBook is looking for a motivated and energetic recruiter who would strengthen our team.


  • Recruiting, executive search, and headhunting of IT specialists of junior to senior levels
  • Identifying and approaching top talents in the market using various channels and methods
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contracting, interviewing, selection, presentation to the customer, negotiation of job offers, and hiring
  • Generating talent pool as per needed tech skills
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates and building a strong passive pipeline
  • Updating and maintaining candidate records in the database
  • Conducting labor market analysis (salaries benchmarking, availability of tech skills, etc.)
  • Various related tasks as per management’s request


  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Successful experience of headhunting passive candidates
  • Knowledge of various sourcing and headhunting techniques
  • Successful experience of interviewing, selection, negotiation of job offers
  • Excellent business ethics
  • English — upper-intermediate written and spoken
