We are looking for a new super powerful Customer Success Manager.
What we expect from you:
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in customer management with an emphasis on account revenue growth working with B2B clients.
- Customer-first mindset
- Strong communication & negotiation with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to track multiple customers and manage legal process (i.e., contract renewals, negotiations, etc.)
- Desire to build a trusted rapport with clients, influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and business side
- Be detail-oriented person with extensive experience to manage strict deadlines
Together we will:
- Create a strategy to address Cloudprinter clients’ business needs, identifying add-on business opportunities.
- Work directly with clients to address problems or overcome other obstacles.
- Communicate and “listen” to clients to better understand their personal challenges and business needs.
- Demonstrate to clients how Cloudprinter platform works and help them meet their print objectives and benefit their business.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s internal network to include decision makers, decision process, budgeting/procurement, and understanding their reasons. Make sure the business value proposition is clearly defined and addresses how stakeholders achieve their goals.
- Be the voice of the customer & consistently work to ensure client satisfaction
- Successfully and effectively cooperate with DevOps & Customer Service team
