Follow these 5 simple steps to design and prepare your Puzzle for print:

    1. Choose a Puzzle size
To design your Puzzle, you'll first need to pick the preferred size for your Puzzle.
For this, check available Puzzle sizes and select the one that fits you. Currently, the available size is 480х340 mm (18.897x13.385 in) or 680x480 mm (26.772x18.898 in).
    2. Set Puzzle bleeds
To ensure your Puzzle is cut appropriately, don't forget to set the bleeds while designing your puzzle.
The bleed area should be set to 5 mm (0.197 in) on each side of your Puzzle.
    3. Choose a box size
Select from available box sizes. Currently, the available size is 373x273x56 mm (14.685x10.748x2.205 in).
    4. Set folded edges and bleeds
To make sure your Puzzle box design is printed and cut appropriately, set bleeds — 3 mm (0.125 in) at each side.
While preparing the box, you'll have to keep in mind folded edges — 15 mm (0.590 in).
    5. Prepare file for printing

           - Set 300 DPI resolution
           - Choose RGB print
           - Save the file in PDF/X-4
