At the time of registration, you will always register for our Starter Service level - this Service Level is included with all of our Product Plans and is completely free of charge. If you want to benefit from lower job fees or custom routing, products, or pricing, you might want to change your Service Level subscription. We have written some incentives to change your Service Level in this article.
In this article, we guide you step-by-step on how to change your Service Level Subscription.
1. Please login to your Cloudprinter.com account on admin.cloudprinter.com. Now, go to Administrate.
2. Now, choose Edit organization details.
3. In this window you can find your current Service Level as depicted below. To change the plan, click the arrow in the corner, select the new Service Level subscription that you wish to have in the future & click Save in the top-right corner.
Please note! Your change will take effect immediately. This means that your job fees will immediately change to correspond with your Service Level. All orders placed after the change will be charged with the new job fees.
4. If you haven't added a payment method yet, please do so. Your Service Level change will only take effect the moment you add a valid payment method. You can find out here how to add a credit card.
