Can I get a refund
Bad quality is highly unlikely, as our print network is constantly tested by our quality assurance department, but we do not live in a perfect world, and human errors in production are a given. When you receive a complaint from your customer, you can immediately place a reorder via the API, and it will be reprinted, fast, and in the right way. No evidence is needed! This way you do not have to spend time away from your business emailing back and forth.
Is the reprint refunded?
No, If after 2 reprints the product is still not good, and this is a fault on the print network side, you need to contact your account manager to change facilities or for a refund request.
